The water purifier requires no installation but needs to have the raw water tank situated correctly on the base, with the tank pressed firmly in place without any gaps. During the water filtration process, there is a sound of the pump running (about 5 minutes each time) as it pressurizes the water into the RO system. The capacity of the raw water tank is 1.2 Gal/4.7L, while the filtered water tank is 0.4 Gal/1.5L. The lifespan of the RO filter element is typically 12 months on average, though it may vary depending on water conditions and consumption.

To ensure the system is adequately flushed before use and the water taste is optimal, please follow the manual or video instructions to flush the system and empty the filtered water until the water in the raw water tank has been filtered out 3-5 times. If the "E1" error appears on the display while using the water filter, it's a 30-minute working time protection. Unplug the water filter, wait 5 minutes, refill the water tank to the maximum level, plug in again, wait for the flush and filtering process, and then press Start to try again.

If the "Change Water" sign keeps flashing, please lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it, ensuring the white float on the side of the raw water tank rises after adding water. When the water level is low, the machine will prompt "Change Water," and you can then exchange the water.
